A typical schedule (subject to change) for a half day open pit lane:
AM
- 0830 – 0900 – boom gate attended for access
- 0900 – 1230 – open pit lane
- 1230 – 1255 – depart facility
PM
- 1255 – 1325 – boom gate attended for access
- 1325 – 1655 – open pit lane
- 1700 – 1730 – depart facility
Pit exit will be closed for any reason the Clerk of the Course deems necessary.
Anyone driving is required to have a minimum Track Day Licence from Motorsport Australia. The great news is, if you or your additional person doesn’t have one, it is included in your booking fee.
Yes. Drivers and passengers must wear a helmet which needs to meet the Australian Standard AS1698 as a minimum
No. Drivers and passengers must, as a minimum, wear clothes with long legs that cover the ankles, and sleeves that cover the wrists. Footwear must be closed toes and cover your entire foot.
Driver training is not included. Private instructors are not permitted in the car as a passenger.
A person making a booking may bring 1 additional person. Please follow the prompts during the booking process to facilitate this. Please do not bring your friend or family member if the intention is to spectate, as you can’t see the circuit from the permitted areas of access. Please contact info@circuititalia.com.au if you have a request for additional people other than the 1 permitted.
The booking process requires you to detail your transport details and any additional car you may arrive in. We will contact you if we have further questions. You are allocated an 18 x 4m space which will allow a car/trailer combination to stay connected with the track car behind it, in one line.
No. You may bring a quick shade to shade your car; however, it must stay within your 18 x 4m space and be held down with external weights; you must not drive anything into the ground to hold it down.
Food and drinks are not available for purchase at the circuit. There are a number of options less than 10 minutes away..
Yes, there is a 200m2 marquee area fit out with tables and chairs. Access to this space is available all day for you and/or your additional person.
